The Smart Sea Level Sensors project is a partnership between Chatham Emergency Management Agency, City of Savannah, and Georgia Tech scientists and engineers who are working together to install a network of internet-enabled sea level sensors across Chatham County. The real-time data on coastal flooding will be used for emergency planning and support for community resilience planning. The intern will assist in community engagement, developing a pilot community health report for our most vulnerable communities, and building community resilience. This is a team project. A number of GA Tech faculty are project members including Dr. Kim Cobb, Dr. Russ Clark, Dr. Allen Hyde, Dr. Yanni Loukissas, etc.
